Tameko Williams King

Tameko Jean Williams King was born in East Saint Louis, IL on April 24th, 1971, to the union of Lamour and Bettie Williams Sr. Tameko is preceded in death by her father Lamour Williams Sr. and her sister Jacqueline D. Williams. 

Tameko received her education in the East Saint Louis school district 189. Tameko professed a personal belief in Jesus Christ and was baptized at an early age. Tameko was a loving foster mother of two twin girls Faith and Miracle. Tameko also was a member of St. John 2 Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing, praising and worshipping. Tameko had a passion for decorating, fashion, hair and glam. 

Tameko departed this life on Tuesday, August 25th, 2025. She leaves to cherish her memory of her children Terrion (Nataisha) Sloan of St. Louis, Mo; T'Andre (Lawrence) King of Cahokia Heights, IL; Andre King ll of Belleville, IL, Faith and Miricale Williams of Cahokia Heights, IL. 5 grandchildren; Mother Bettie Williams of East Saint Louis, IL; Siblings, Madonna (James) Callery of Capital Heights, MD; Michael (Lisa) Floore of Swansea, IL; Lamour (Tina) Williams Jr. of Belleville, IL. Valerie (James) Williams of Cahokia Heights, IL; Gregory Williams of East Saint Louis, IL and Eric Williams of East Saint Louis, IL. Her special friends "BGssss" and a host of family and friends.
